Refund eligibility is based on access to Services, not on outcomes, results, or subjective satisfaction.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Results are not guaranteed
Personal growth and learning are individual and variable
Completion, participation, and implementation are your responsibility
Refunds are not issued based on lack of results, emotional discomfort, dissatisfaction, or change of mind after access has been granted.
2.2 Informed Purchasing
By purchasing or enrolling in any Service, you confirm that:
You have reviewed the description of the Service
You understand the format, delivery method, and scope
You accept responsibility for determining whether the Service is appropriate for you
Refunds are not granted due to misunderstandings that could reasonably have been clarified prior to purchase.

Innerly Coaching offers different types of Services, each with distinct refund considerations:
Coaching services are time-based and experiential
Online courses and digital programs are access-based
Digital downloads are instantly delivered

2.4 No Guarantee of Satisfaction
While Innerly Coaching aims to provide high-quality, thoughtful, and professional Services, satisfaction is subjective and cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds are not issued due to:
Personal preference or misalignment discovered after purchase
Emotional activation or discomfort during the process
Perceived lack of value after partial participation
2.5 Good Faith and Abuse Prevention
This Refund Policy is designed to be fair and reasonable. It is not intended to be used in bad faith.
Innerly Coaching reserves the right to:
Deny refund requests that appear abusive, repetitive, or inconsistent with this policy
Protect against misuse, partial consumption followed by refund requests, or chargeback attempts
3. Coaching Services (1-on-1 and Group Coaching)
Innerly Coaching’s coaching services are experiential, time-based services that involve the reservation of time, preparation, and delivery of live or scheduled sessions. As such, coaching services are treated differently from self-paced digital products.
This section applies to both 1-on-1 coaching and group coaching programs, unless otherwise stated in writing.
3.1 Non-Refundable Once Accessed
Coaching services are non-refundable once accessed, meaning once a coaching session has occurred, or once you have participated in a live coaching class or group session.
You acknowledge that:
Coaching time is reserved specifically for you
Value is delivered through access, time, and availability
Once a session occurs, that value cannot be returned
3.2 Limited Refund Eligibility Window
A refund request for coaching services may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
The request is made before the third coaching session or class, or
The request is made within thirty (30) days of purchase,
Whichever comes first, and
The request is submitted in writing via the official email address
If these conditions are not met, no refund will be issued.
3.3 Deduction for Sessions Used
If a refund is approved within the eligible window:
Any coaching sessions already completed will be deducted from the refund amount
The value of completed sessions will be calculated based on the standard per-session rate
There are no refunds for sessions that have already taken place, regardless of outcome, participation level, or satisfaction.
3.4 Early Withdrawal and Unused Sessions
If you choose to discontinue coaching services:
Any unused sessions are forfeited
Unused sessions do not roll over, convert to credit, or qualify for a refund
Choosing not to continue participation does not constitute grounds for a refund.
3.5 Group Coaching Participation
For group coaching programs:
Missed group sessions do not qualify for refunds
Lack of attendance or participation does not extend refund eligibility
Group programs are priced based on overall access, not individual session attendance
3.6 No Refunds for Client-Related Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Scheduling conflicts
Failure to attend sessions
Personal emergencies
Emotional discomfort or challenge
Change of mind or misalignment discovered after participation
These circumstances are considered part of the client’s responsibility when engaging in coaching services.
4. Missed Sessions and Client Responsibility
Participation in coaching services requires active engagement, timely attendance, and personal responsibility. This section clarifies how missed sessions and non-participation are handled and how they affect refund eligibility.
4.1 Client Responsibility for Attendance
You are solely responsible for:
Attending scheduled coaching sessions on time
Managing your schedule and availability
Ensuring you have the required technology and access
Innerly Coaching is not responsible for missed sessions due to scheduling conflicts, technical issues on your end, personal circumstances, or failure to attend.
4.2 Missed Sessions Are Not Refundable
Missed coaching sessions, whether individual or group-based, are considered used and forfeited.
Missed sessions do not qualify for:
Refunds
Credits
Rescheduling beyond what is permitted in the Scheduling policy
This applies regardless of the reason for the missed session.
4.3 Non-Participation Does Not Create Refund Eligibility
Failure to attend, participate in, or engage with coaching sessions or group programs does not constitute grounds for a refund.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Choosing not to attend scheduled sessions
Watching recordings instead of attending live sessions (if applicable)
Partial participation or early withdrawal
Coaching services are priced based on access and availability, not on usage or completion.
4.4 Alignment with Scheduling Policies
This Refund Policy operates in conjunction with Innerly Coaching’s scheduling and rescheduling policies.
Where a reschedule is permitted under the Scheduling policy, that policy applies. Where a session is missed outside those parameters, it is forfeited and non-refundable.
5. Online Courses and Digital Programs
This section applies to all pre-recorded online courses, digital programs, and self-paced educational content offered by Innerly Coaching.
5.1 Access-Based Delivery
Online courses and digital programs are delivered on an access-based model. Upon successful purchase, you are granted immediate or scheduled access to course materials, platforms, and content.
You acknowledge that:
Access to the content constitutes delivery of the Service
Completion of the course is your responsibility
Results and outcomes depend on your level of engagement
5.2 Limited Refund Eligibility
A full refund for an online course or digital program may be issued only if all of the following conditions are met:
The refund request is submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase, and
Less than twenty percent (20%) of the course content has been accessed, viewed, or consumed, and
The request is submitted in writing via the official email address
If any of these conditions are not met, the purchase is non-refundable.
5.3 Measurement of Content Access
Innerly Coaching reserves the right to determine content access based on available platform data, including but not limited to:
Video views
Lesson progress tracking
Login activity
Platform data will be used solely to assess refund eligibility and not for performance evaluation.
5.4 No Refunds After Substantial Access
Once more than 20% of course content has been accessed:
No refunds will be issued
Partial refunds are not available
Course access constitutes delivery of value
Lack of completion, dissatisfaction, or change of mind after accessing content does not qualify for a refund.
5.5 Course Access After Refund
If a refund is approved:
Access to the course or digital program will be revoked
Any downloaded materials must not be retained or used
6. Digital Products and Downloads
This section applies to all digital products offered by Innerly Coaching, including but not limited to PDFs, workbooks, guides, templates, written resources, and other downloadable materials.
6.1 Instant Delivery and Access
Digital products are delivered electronically and made available for download immediately upon successful purchase.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Digital products are accessible instantly
Delivery occurs at the moment access is granted
Digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered
6.2 Strictly Non-Refundable
All digital products and downloads are strictly non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for digital products due to:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with content
Perceived lack of value
Failure to download or access the product
Incompatibility with your device or software
It is your responsibility to review product descriptions prior to purchase.
6.3 No Exceptions for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and their immediate usability, no exceptions are made to this policy.
Unauthorized retention, sharing, or use of digital products after a refund request (if any were mistakenly issued) constitutes a violation of Innerly Coaching’s Terms and Conditions.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Innerly Coaching’s Services are experiential and educational in nature, and value is not guaranteed to be perceived equally by all individuals.
7.2 Emotional Discomfort or Challenge
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Emotional discomfort, activation, or challenge
Feeling confronted, stretched, or uncomfortable during coaching or coursework
Personal realizations or emotional responses arising from participation
Discomfort or challenge does not constitute a defect or failure of the Service.
7.3 Lack of Results or Outcomes
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Lack of desired results
Slower-than-expected progress
Outcomes differing from personal expectations
You acknowledge that results depend on individual effort, engagement, and circumstances, and are not guaranteed.
7.4 Failure to Participate or Complete
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Failure to attend sessions
Failure to complete coursework
Partial participation
Early withdrawal or disengagement
Access to Services constitutes delivery, regardless of participation level.
7.5 Scheduling, Timing, or Personal Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Scheduling conflicts
Changes in availability
Personal emergencies
Work, family, or life obligations
These circumstances fall within the client’s responsibility when purchasing Services.
7.6 Misalignment Discovered After Access
Refunds will not be issued if misalignment, disagreement, or lack of fit is discovered after Services have been accessed or sessions have occurred.
Clients are encouraged to review Service descriptions carefully prior to purchase.
8. Chargebacks, Disputes and Abuse
Innerly Coaching is committed to resolving refund-related concerns fairly and in good faith. However, misuse of the refund process or payment dispute systems undermines the integrity of the Services and will be addressed accordingly.
8.1 Required Dispute Process
Before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with a financial institution or payment provider, you agree to:

Contact Innerly Coaching directly via the official email address
Allow reasonable time for review and response
Failure to follow this process may be considered a violation of this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
8.2 Chargebacks as Policy Violations
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting resolution directly with Innerly Coaching, or in circumstances not permitted under this Refund Policy, constitutes a violation of this policy.
Where a chargeback is initiated:
Access to current and future Services may be immediately suspended or terminated
Innerly Coaching reserves the right to submit evidence, including these policies and usage data, to dispute the chargeback
Any associated fees, costs, or administrative burdens may be taken into account when determining future eligibility for Services
8.3 Abuse of Refunds or Disputes
Innerly Coaching reserves the right to deny refund requests, terminate Services, or refuse future access in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:
Repeated refund requests
Partial consumption followed by refund attempts
Chargebacks used as leverage or retaliation
Misrepresentation of usage or circumstances

9. Exceptions and Discretion
Innerly Coaching understands that exceptional circumstances may arise. However, refunds outside the terms explicitly stated in this Refund Policy are not guaranteed and are considered only at Innerly Coaching’s sole discretion.
9.1 No Obligation to Grant Exceptions
Innerly Coaching is under no obligation to provide refunds, credits, extensions, or alternative arrangements outside of this Refund Policy.
The existence of exceptional circumstances does not automatically create entitlement to a refund.
9.2 Sole Discretion

10.3 Review and Processing

If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible
